These terms apply when you use any Elite Corner app: Everdot, Udaya, Unarrow and Smallbird. An app may also have its own terms (for example Smallbird's); where they differ, the app's own terms apply. Each app's privacy policy explains what data it uses and is linked from our home page.
Using the apps
You may install and use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse them, or use them to break the law.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Optional upgrades (such as Everdot Pro) are sold and paid through Google Play. Google Play shows the price, including any taxes, before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. After cancelling, the upgrade stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Lifetime and other one-time purchases are paid once and do not renew.
- Purchases are linked to your Google account; use Restore purchases in the app on a new device.
- Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
Not professional advice
Our apps help with habits, reflection and wellbeing. They do not provide medical, mental-health, religious or other professional advice. Answers written by AI features may be incomplete or wrong. If you need help with your health, please talk to a qualified professional.
Your data
Your content belongs to you. How each app stores and protects it is described in that app's privacy policy.
Changes and availability
We may update the apps, add or change features, or stop offering an app. If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date.
Liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Elite Corner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
